Roller Compacted Concrete or RCC for short refers to concrete that has a slightly different composition (of cement, coarse and fine aggregates and water) that is compacted with a roller.
RCC is drier and of higher density than conventional concrete, making it harder and more robust. As such it is often the concrete of choice for large civil projects, like highways and dams.
